Does the furniture arrive fully built?
Yes! All units arrive fully assembled. You’ll just need to attach the legs or doors using a screwdriver and the predrilled holes or templates we provide.

What type of wood do you use?
We use real, solid wood—no particle board here. Most pieces are crafted from kiln-dried pine, spruce, or white fir 2x4s for durability and strength.

Do you offer customization?
Absolutely. We customize every aspect—length, height, depth, color, top style, and more.
Send us a message with your ideas, sketches, or inspiration photos. Prices may vary depending on the scope.

How does sizing work?

  • Length (left to right): Choose standard options from the dropdown menu. Need something in between or longer? Send us a message!
  • Depth (front to back): Most units are 14” deep. Our WIDEBODY models have a 17.5” depth. Custom sizes (shallow or deeper) are available—just ask.
  • Height: Each product listing shows the standard height. You can increase overall height with longer legs (add them to your cart) or request a taller wood portion—just reach out for a quote.

How many records will your units hold?
We estimate about 6 single LPs per inch of shelf space.
Double LPs, box sets, protective sleeves, and thicker pressings will take up more room.

To get the most accurate idea of what you’ll need, measure your collection linearly (left to right) and add space for growth.

Example: If your records currently span 30" and you want room for 10" more, plan for at least 40" of shelf space.

Can I choose the color?
Yes! Select from our most popular stain options in the dropdown menu.
Want something different? We also offer an expanded color chart and can match custom finishes—just message us.

What’s the weight limit?
Our furniture is built tough:

  • Most units easily hold 600+ lbs.
  • Larger builds like the 3-Sec and 6-Pack models can handle around 1,200 lbs.

Do you offer expedited orders?
Yes, we offer a “Skip the Queue” upgrade!

What if I have delivery date restrictions?
No problem—just leave a note at checkout (e.g., “Please deliver before 7/1 or after 7/7”) and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do you ship?

  • We use FedEx Ground for most orders.
  • Larger or oversized items ship via FedEx Freight.
    All units are packaged with thick foam and custom cardboard to protect against damage in transit.

Why does my unit still smell like stain or varnish?
Our pieces are made to order and ship quickly after finishing. We use oil-based polyurethane for long-lasting protection, which may still be curing when delivered.

If you notice a lingering smell, increase airflow—place it in a well-ventilated area like a covered patio, garage, or near open windows/doors with fans. Like a freshly painted room, the scent will fade with time an airflow. 

Do you offer a low or zero-VOC option?
Yes! We now offer low-VOC and zero-VOC finishes upon request. Message us for details and upgrade options.
