Cancel Order Window for Refund: 3 days from purchase date

Buyer must cover shipping cost in both directions. Return shipping cost will be out of pocket by buyer. Once we receive the returned unit we will inspect it and provide a full refund less the outgoing shipping cost. 

Customer agrees that product purchased from Ocean Beach Pallet Co., whether we’ve shipped the product or not, was most likely manufactured specifically for the Customer and Ocean Beach Pallet Co. may not have another customer for this product. Ocean Beach Pallet Co. may in its absolute discretion, refuse to allow customer to return a product, cancel a purchase order, or if return is allowed, may charge a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee:

Due to the high costs of materials and labor certain returns (especially custom) items that are returned can be subject to a restocking fee/handling charge of $75 up to 25% of the selling price. This may be applicable to change orders late in the production process. Please check the dimensions of your equipment before ordering and make sure to ask questions beforehand.
